Multiple spaces and room layouts allows you to have an indoor or outdoor ceremony, two different reception halls to choose from, the entire facility for over 1,000 seats, one space with approximately 75 seats, or any other combination depending on your event date!

Policies

  • We require a minimum expenditure for all events, which will be determined by your date. Minimum expenditures are met with all-inclusive package pricing and certain upgrade options, as well as any open bar services. Your event coordinator will give you all the details when you check your date.
  • We require a final RSVP due approximately two weeks prior to your event date.
  • Events are typically four to five hours, depending on the type of event booked. Events must end by midnight.
  • Event space access time is provided on your contract once you are ready to book with us.
  • Additional fees may apply depending on services requested.
  • There will be a service charge on your final invoice based on the event package price per person.
  • Plantation Hall is smoke-free.
  • Bartenders are provided by Plantation Hall for in-house bartending services. They are licensed and have the right by law to refuse alcohol to anyone that cannot prove their age or are in an obvious state of intoxication. Outside alcohol brought onto Huber’s Plantation Hall/Huber’s Orchard & Winery will be confiscated and disposed of.
  • Incentive Pricing may apply based on date and/or your total RSVP.
